Elie Soberano specializes in private funding and graduated from York University in 1996 with a degree in Administrative Studies. Soberano started working in the Mortgage business shortly after that in 1997. Elie started with Mortgage Intelligence in January 2000 and has never looked back. He has always had a passion for real estate and has been happy to help hundreds of people make their dreams come true. Elie prides himself in providing great and honest service to my clients. He has built his business through hard work, extensive knowledge of the mortgage business, and most of all earning the trust of his clientele.

From strategic planning and programming to design development, Daniel works in close collaboration with each project’s architectural team and builders to execute turnkey, cohesive environments.
